Variations Bakery has been creating unique pastries and cakes for retail and wholesale customers since 1991. Variations Bakery joined forces Chef Treadway, she studied under Thomas Keller and Jonathan Benno, a couple of Americas greatest Chefs. We honor her by bringing their passion and commitment to excellence to every pastry we create. Joanne Burg, Founder, designer, and architect of Variations Inc. Pastries and Cakes. Studied at the Culinary School of America in Hyde Park NY. She opened her doors in 1991.
